Great food, weather, fun, fellowship! A fabulous way to leave those winter blues behind! There was much excitement as area residents joined in to help celebrate the Easter season along with Hockinson Community Church on Sat., 7th. There was face painting; animal balloons; crafts; prizes; and food; two Easter egg hunts; and a program, featuring our youth, that included puppets and singing. The message shared was that God loves each one of us (that means you!) so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. The good news is that He rose and lives in Heaven and is preparing a place for each one of us who accepts Him into our hearts. Definitely a good reason to “eggsplode” with joy!
